Upon receiving your orders, We will send you a confirmation email and payment details within 24 hours. Payment should be made within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation invoice, if not order(s) will be void and buyer will be blacklisted and barred from future transactions.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Normal Postage: Free
Registered Postage: Additional $2.70 on top of the quoted price.
Normal postages would be despatched within 3 working days.
Registered postages would be despatched within 3-5 working days.
Delivery period does depend on the availability of the items and the quantity of the order.
* Adi'el shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any consequential loss or damage however caused, whether negligent or otherwise through normal postage.
Registered postage is strongly encouraged.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Adi'el works on first order first served basis.
2. Items are sold on first paid basis.
3. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
4. Prices stated are nett prices and non-negotiable.
5. Cancellation of orders after confirmation is not accepted.
6. Products purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event when Adi'el makes the wrong shipment, Adi'el will be liable for the postage costs of the products and the products must be returned unused.
7. Buyers who confirm and back out will be blacklisted and barred from future transactions.
